Email us a rough sketch of your proposed floor plan ( no copies of existing floor plans under Copyright Infringement Law). We will more accurately redraw your floor plan while considering code requirements for proper spacing, sizing, door locations, etc. Once we finish your floor plan we will email you a copy to approve before we finish the other drawings in the plan set. No payment required until we finish your drawings. Include with your floor plan sketch features you desire such as, slab or crawl space foundation, 2 x 4 or 2 x 6 walls, flat, gable or hip style roof, metal or shingle roof material, exterior siding and color, outdoor deck, porch, patio, ceiling height, kitchen island, front foyer entrance, single or double garage, etc.

Your finished drawings will include, general specifications, 3D color overview, elevation views, floor plan, dollhouse view, kitchen detail, foundation plan, wall section, framing plan, electrical plan, door/window sizes, super air/insulation drawing, wind resistance details, garage portal wall detail, deck details, and any other pertinent details. (HVAC and Plumbing drawings are not included as this information is best determined by Licensed Mechanical Contractors familiar with climate and building codes in your local area)
