We will then redraw your floor plan by computer considering code requirements for proper spacing, sizing of rooms, doors, windows, locations, etc. Once we finish your floor plan we will email you a copy for you to approve before finishing the other drawings in your plan set. No payment required until we finish your drawings. We can also propose a floor plan for you if you select the features you want to include. Select the features you desire below:

Your finished drawings will include: General Specifications, 3D Color Overview, Elevation Views, Floor Plan, Dollhouse View, Kitchen View, Foundation Plan, Typical Wall Section, Framing Plan, Electrical Plan, Door/Window Sizes, Super Air/Insulation Details, Wind Resistance Details, Deck Details. (HVAC and Plumbing drawings are not included as this information is best determined by Licensed Mechanical Contractors familiar with the climate in your local area).
